Job Summary Medical College is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Resident in General Surgery to join our esteemed medical team. The Senior Resident will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to patients, assisting in teaching medical students and junior residents, and participating in clinical research. Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties: Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of senior faculty. Assist in complex surgeries and manage post-operative care. Conduct outpatient clinics and follow-up on surgical patients. Manage emergency surgical cases, including trauma and acute care surgery. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for patient care planning.

Teaching and Mentorship: Provide clinical training and supervision to junior residents and medical students. Conduct bedside teaching rounds and surgical skills workshops. Participate in academic activities, including case presentations, journal clubs, and departmental meetings.

Research and Development: Engage in clinical research projects and contribute to scholarly publications. Present research findings at national and international conferences. Stay updated with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and practices.

Qualifications and Skills Educational Requirements: MBBS and MS/DNB in General Surgery from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant State Medical Council.

Experience: Prior experience as a Junior Resident in General Surgery is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in performing surgical procedures independently.
