Job Summary:
We have a job opening for Medical Gastroenterology doctor for our client hospital in Chennai.
Consulting with patients diagnose patient.
Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions.
Conduct endoscopic procedures such as upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP.
Manage outpatient clinics and provide consultations for referred cases.
Provide expert care to inpatients, including those in critical care units.
Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, and other specialists for integrated treatment plans.
Guide patients on lifestyle modifications and long-term management strategies.
Participate in academic discussions, clinical audits, and case reviews.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient history and treatment outcomes.
Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in gastroenterology.
Support junior doctors and nursing staff with training and guidance.
Requirements:
MD/DNB in Internal Medicine with a specialization in Gastroenterology.
Proven clinical experience in managing GI diseases and performing procedures.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
