Key Responsibilities:
Teaching:
Deliver lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students. Develop and update curriculum materials to align with the guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC). Mentor students, guiding them in research and clinical practices.

Clinical Supervision:
Provide oversight and guidance in clinical settings, ensuring students and residents gain practical, hands-on experience. Supervise outpatient and inpatient services (where applicable).

Research:
Conduct and publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals. Collaborate with faculty and students on research projects and grant applications.

Administrative Duties:
Assist in departmental management and coordination of academic activities. Participate in medical college committees and quality assurance programs.

Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and integrate them into teaching and clinical practices. Attend and present at national and international conferences.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
MD/MS/DNB in ENT or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years as an Assistant Professor in a recognized medical institution. Demonstrated academic, clinical, and research contributions in the relevant field.

Skills:
